Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is damaged or defective.

• You received the wrong item.

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method, where applicable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
